But hon, that would only be true if somebody actually bought in at the very top and sold out at the bottom.

Brinker never advised that at all. Your statement is patently false.

--The PI and P2 people lost about the same as those who simply held the S&P500 or the Total Stock Market Index.

The only people who didn't get killed were those who timed the market more successfully than Brinker. But I know you bashers don't believe in market timing; therefore, you all got killed as badly as those who followed Brinker.

Maybe you had different funds and got off a little better--or a little worse--but you got killed unless you timed the market.
