Rick,

What sets this company apart is they have a director on board that has
worked for all the competitors in the US. There are two majors and 1
that is smaller. They are working on completing an acquisition of a
small kiosk company in the midwest right now. Bernard Hicks has experience in media publishing and is frankly a genious in regards to
coming up with new and innovative ideas on new ways to use kiosks. They are now working with a company from Japan on a kiosk that checks
body fat content which is superior to what is out there. They also have a wealth of contacts in the medical field that they can contact
as well as serverl hundred physicians that are very impressed with
their model and as a matter of fact want to invest in the company.
Also a big plus is they have contacts to bring in millions of dollars
to make acquisitions in the media publishing field. They eventually
want to acquire a medical journal that they can sell advertising in
and were close to getting one earlier but a group from Kuwait got it.
I am not aware of any short position on AVAL. The stock has really not
moved high enough to justify any short position. The mm are already
having problems finding paper. This stock is not being officially pushed right now and the promoters are allowing smaller investors pick
up some down here. They could have easily bought all the paper under
50 cents. Keep in mind to have a market you need investors. Its hard
to have a market with just insiders and promoters owning all the stock.

Also all the directors had jobs with major blue chip companies and they all said to themselves why should we sit here making money for
for the company they worked for. They got together and decided to start their own company and have the knowledge and expertise to see
a opportunity in the kiosk field. Because they want to build the company to a larger scale they will do their best to make acquisitions
which will bring instant equity into the company with earnings.
