You said the third is to imprison and control their movements. Check the bolded words. And you call me a nitpicker... In the case of the Pals, I believe my statement would more accurately reflect Israeli intent. In any event, it hasn't worked out, obviously. I think of "subduing and subjecting them to your rule" is what happens when one country takes over another as a colony. They become the gov't and control everything. Israel allows some autonomy and self rule within the confines of the WB and Gaza. So I see that as different from what you were suggesting. What good options are left? There are none. Its why I want to the US to get out of it. If they are determined to destroy each other, then let them do it. At the same time, I find the deaths of the civilian populations of both peoples extremely disturbing.....esp. for the Gazans because so many more are dying. Not only do the Israelis and Palestinians make it difficult for themselves but they make it difficult for those watching.
