Sorry to disagree! This time these were stock bonuses!!
Look at the cost basis--zero.
They were given these shares, they did not buy them.
I actually see this as DILUTING my position since the insiders were given these shares and did not BUY them like I did.
Show me some open market purchases and I will get interested in the form 4's.
