My point is that America has been the victim of a bi partisan screwing. I made those comments because you seem to want to blame it all on Bush.

Both parties, and Bush, were simply implementing what the vast bulk of modern economists have suggested is the best thing to do. Most economists (at least the shrill ones) over the last decade have advocated freer trade, ignoring trade imbalances (the market will correct), less regulation (the market is the best self-regulator around), and lower taxes. At some point these economists need to analyze the current situation and connect the dots.
