If they weren't terrorists before they got to Gitmo, they were after their stay there. Thanks again, Mr. Bush. What a crock. These were really bad people when they got there, and they're no worse now for having been there. The only thing is they have been prevented from participating in further attacks against us. It is idiocy like yours that brought us 9/11. Clinton's decision to treat terrorists as criminals rather than as soldiers in a war is probably the most important screwup of the Clinton administration WRT terrorism. They failed to properly interpret the first WTC bombing as what it was - a declaration of war against the United States. I can understand Clinton's mistake. It is hard for me to understand a person, today, not comprehending it. Yet the extreme Left consistently does just that. You really just have to be D-U-M dumb to not see this.
