Does that mean you think the $8 trillion on the sidelines stays out of the market?

The volume that was seen last year was absolute record high. It was in my opinion unsustainable for this cycle. Good effort on the bulls part today. We were unable to get back above the lower trend line.

These stock prices probably are just great to be buying at for a longer term investor. I just want to buy positions and watch them rise instead of fall.

That won't happen unless we get more volume on the rallies. We also need to get the 50 day sma's above the 200 day sma's.

Lots of constructive work has begun even with low volume. I think this is typical after capitulation. But a false start or two is needed before the market can begin a new bull phase.

That's when all it takes is higher than average accumulation to make the run start.
