I remember very clearly when that SOB socipatic Scalia said: "the consitution does not guarantee a painless death for capital punishment". Referring to the debate about whether lethal injection is humane. Everyone of the Republican supreme court judges, except Kennedy, are not fit to sit on that bench. The damage the Republican ideology and sociopathic policies have wrought on us over the years have set this country back decades. I find it amusing they are having meetings to figure out what their philosphy is. Doesn't that strike mainstream Republcians as weird. Why would anyone belong to a party that doesn't even know what it believes-lol? And their largest problem is that they cannot figure out how to have a big tent and bigotry at the same time-lol. True.
