Never said it shouldn't. Again, I am just challenging the meme that the Clinton administration was unique. I am not sure why you can't understand that. Promoting the meme that it was unique does nothing to bring it to a halt.

The GAO report details ways to minimize it. Why not read it?

To me, if it happened before, then it has to stop. Kind of childish to do something like that and say, "Well, it happened before." This isn't a college frat house.

I'd rather that kind of interfraternal play go on than CD's with Obama the Magic Negro and other cuts denigrating the Dems in a very smarmy, slanderous, and potentially racist way.
