i dont know where the hell the term magic negro comes from, but i find it offensive from any and all who use it. I think its the use of the negro word as opposed to magic. The magic rican american might be better. It would be like calling you the magic oriental as opposed to the magic Asian or magic korean. It just sounds wrong to me. I think it's incredibly cynical, coming from a man who spends much of his time in sage contemplation. I hope there was a mitigating context?
