It wasn't a quote of you and I didn't present it as such. It was added detail to describe exactly what I am talking about when I was posting about "part time workers counted as unemployed". If you don't think "part time workers used to count as unemployed in the headline US government unemployment rate" is a true statement, than you don't think "part time workers where counted as unemployed" in the sense that I have been using the term in this whole conversation.
