Todd,

I've noticed, but what can they say? We want a deal and they don't have one (yet). Personally, I don't want them wasting time and money on glossy annual reports with pictures of Mike and slicer-dicers while they are losing money.

On the other hand, some SEC filings and perhaps an annual meeting would be appreciated.

Just spoke to Investor Relations at NM. They say they don't have a set date, yet, but probably 1st or 2nd week of Nov. Definately by deadline. Odds?
