I don't recall any comments about a major acquisition. Only about making small equity investments.

Sultan, Regarding major acquisitions, I remember from many months ago the CEO stating that it has been difficult to find an acquisition at the right price. These startups all think they are the next Microsoft and want ridiculous amounts of money. After I heard this I felt very comfortable that PC DOCS isn't going to spend their/our money willy-nilly just to whip up excitement. The probability is very high that when they spend the money, we are going to get an excellent rate of return on it.
