I recall the first time I went to a basketball game in what was then the new Fleece Center. Couldn't even hear the ball bounce and I was very, very close to inbounds. Frankly, I'll stick with baseball!

S2 <TryingToStayWarmInChicagoWhereTheWindChillis11BelowZero.com> you have that right....we practice three days a week in a rink that's an old Butler building ( a metal box with refrigeration) Its cold! Takes about five minutes of skating to really warm the team up. Team is doing pretty well....we are 4-1...sometimes I think I'm getting too old for this stuff, but when the team came back from a 3-0 deficit in the third period and won it 4-3, it makes it all worth it. Separate topic all together - did you catch Tom Friedman's piece in the NYT on exempting teachers from federal income tax? It was part of a larger issue of economic stimulus in the U.S. as well as China - great read. nytimes.com Altair19
