" Explain how Bush is to blame for the repeal of Glass Steagal..etc...etc." He had eight years to fix it as the problems were becoming evident (chronicled here on this thread and by other ridiculed pundits), six with an (R) congress that rubber-stamped anything he wanted. Yet, he and his financial peeps did nothing. Which is why he gets 70% of the blame.
