Oh, I'll agree with that.

(But that then begs the question of exactly WHAT to intervene in? What, where, when, and why? As the old joke goes: "Well, since that we've established what you are... we are simply negotiating about price now." <g>)

ALL 'Super Powers' are 'interventionist' to one degree or another. (But the wisest and longer lasting of them would be choosing their engagements not precipitously... and always with an eye out for cost/effectiveness and the long-term strength of the Empire.)

And the reason that I replied to it was because your (first) post said that Dr. Paul was an "ISOLATIONIST". (The phrase 'non-intervention' was not in the post. :-)
