There does not have to be any particular catalyst. Once sellers dry up buyers simply take over based on the expectation that many catalysts will become apparent as the economy recovers.

I wish I knew where the next bubble will lead to incredible investment returns but maybe if you can identify a particular catalyst you'll know that too?
