If records show that the bank knew it was helping Iran
break international law or foster terrorism, Lloyds could face
criminal prosecution, authorities said.

They could face criminal prosecution???

The five defendants, all leaders of the Holy Land
Foundation for Relief and Development, based in Richardson, a
Dallas suburb, were convicted on all 108 criminal counts
against them, including support of terrorism, money laundering
and tax fraud. The group was accused of funneling millions of
dollars to the Palestinian militant group Hamas, an Islamist
organization the government declared to be a terrorist group in 1995.

And this was a retrial for only a few million dollars.

Now they have evidence and confessions of HUNDREDS of
millions and possibly BILLIONS of dollars being
laundered, and they COULD, not WILL, face criminal charges. ???

Does this piss anyone else off?

You call them bankster gangsters, I'm gonna start calling em
gangsters because there's no more bankster left in em. Banker
is only a title that lets them get away with it.
