Probably - but again - just like in the real world, there's little to be gained putting your gay orientation on your sleeve. Your co-workers are not that interested and generally somewhat repulsed (right or wrong) and it builds a wall to making new friends - even my buddy didn't confide in me for six months - although I was pretty sure he was gay by then. In his words he wanted to become friends first before telling me and he got tired of calling his boyfriend his girlfriend when we were talking. :-)
