John Vosilla is a friend of mine. He's been touring the entire country looking for those bargains - don't assume they're typical. He's an old pro at buying deeply distressed properties.

And so you think real estate will keep going down til 2010? I don't think so.

The current bubble that is unwinding was created by govt interference. The politicians think more govt interference is needed to air it back up. More govt interference will lead to another bubble.

It ain't that hard to understand ted.
