Either I didn't make a mistake or didn't get notice of the settlement. Or this is a b.s. quote.

I'm not sure what's worse: the fact that he didn't pay taxes when he agreed that he would have, or the fact that his pay was grossed up to include taxes and he kept it. No way this guy should be Secretary of the Treasury, and that's not even counting his role in the current situation.
