billwot, I had a pretty lousy day myself. I never short anything, so there is nothing to protect you on the downside. I got hit pretty good today too, probably most of us techies. I remember the discussion when Frank could not get on. But I only remember the 2000 something site and another one. I must have missed Chuckies site. I have nothing bookmarked here, so I can't check. Thanks for the info. Next time I go on SI I will try it that way. Lots of the bulls call the selling overdone and a good opportunity. The commodity guys call for tomorrow is not exactly good. They think investors might stay on the sidelines due to the upcoming weekend. I still can't believe this APM. 25% less than expected and no warning? Very strange. I thought cos. protect themselves against a drop like this by warning. Glad I at least sold my Sunw in the mid fourties. Sonny
