Would you let the indians buy back manhattan for $24? Dont answer that! (g) One economist once took that $24 payment and somehow proved that if the indians had invested the $24 conservatively they would have more value today than manhattan is worth and now after the crash that probably is even more true. I didnt quiet believe that.
