In the Richardson suburb of Dallas, Nortel had the largest number of employees in the "Telecom Corridor" as it is called. 10,000; now down to 3,300. Probably a lot of empty leased space, so now the leases can be disavowed in bankruptcy.

Yes it was, bad mgt though and even after changing their name to Huawei they are challenged.
