Time will tell but it seems things are a bit rocky south of the border these days but only according to Gringo news. My wife's gringo cousin is married to a Mexican lady and has lived several years outside of Mexico City. I will see what they say next time they contact us. RIC something holds it down. I wonder if is because as you posted some time back they do not have a relationship with the street in Vancouver was that Bay street? No cozy warrant deals etc. But when the time is right it can move up quickly as demonstrated int he past. I feel safe holding it compared to USA.v, Dang USA.v still has me aggravated.
