Play 1 2 guys on the blocks, Junior (my son) in the key and our Guards bring up the ball. Junior (I'll call him the 3 man - block guys are 4 & 5) makes the pick right of lane and then hooks down the lane as our point guard goes in for a layup. Very basic stuff. What helps is that Junior is a 4th grader that's 4'11 and 97 pounds. He's got zero fat so we call him "The Brick Pick." When kids run into him they fall LOL. He's a good shooter too. He's a lefty so (like we discussed via PM) I have him taking shots within 12 feet from left of lane. Parameter shots = time on the bench LOL
