Just what we need to clog up the U.S. Court system... battlefield prisoners now have all the rights of U.S. citizens and each case must be proven according to U.S. law, I presume criminal law, although I would prefer civil law... what a complete joke... most any other country would have lined them up right there in the battle field and shot them all dead, which is what they all deserved for firing at our troops... news.yahoo.com GZ
