Following up on my thesis that banks are stupid....did you hear that BAC is saying that it needs more TARP money. This is after it took its first share of TARP, which at the times, it claimed it didn't need, and invested it in China. Now its saying it needs more TARP money to complete the Merrill Lynch deal. Stupid assholes!

Stupid assholes yes. A significant part of the backbone of the economy yes. What to do I don't know.
