Actually, that is not so stoopid, cause it would disarm the derivative bomb. The contracts are bilaterial and concentrated at the top 20 global banks. So, just get all the CBs take over the 20 biggest banks (not the whole banking system) - and the 1 quadrillion derivative Ponzi bomb will be disarmed, as these bilaterial contracts will be vaporized along with the shadow banking system. Far better than letting it implode. It MAY have to end this way... or the implosion. Take your pick <g>
