CYMI's recent patents were filed in Japan in addition to the U.S., according to the IBM patent server. CYMI is not sleeping!!!

The only negative I heard in the conference was the higher tax rate of 37.5%

This is expected of a company making a ton of $$$$. This needs to be factored into the equation but it's expected and not really viewed as a negative.
