That Bush has changed that so that we are treating terrorism as a war rather than as a lot of common criminals? The world is safer because AQ is, by comparison, incapacitated. And because in Iraq, instead of a bitter enemy, we now have an ally and will have going forward. And frankly, NK is a better situation than Bush inherited as well. Libya is now out of the picture, and Iran is threatening, but basically, that is something that would have happened regardless of who was in office.
