That is one of the most absurd, lie-filled, hate-filled pieces of editorial writing I've ever seen. There were no crimes. But the real reason Obama will not do it is that he knows he is going to face tough decisions and he doesn't want the wrath of the Republicans coming back on him. Obama is going to have to keep Gitmo open. That's a crime, if opening it in the first place was. Obama knows he could have to make a call on torture and rendition that means thousands of American lives, or more. Obama knows he is going to want "his people" in various offices (the claim that there was something illegal about Bush's actions is beyond lying, it is utterly stupid). No, there will be no investigation. Because Obama knows which side his bread is buttered on. It is this kind of talk that created, and now perpetuates, the divisiveness which you have all attacked Bush on. Bush was never divisive. It is this kind of garbage that keeps the idiots on the Left riled up.
