Using the proforma earnings of $1.24 ESA is currently trading at a price earnings of 3.22. I expect the future earnings to grow nicely so the future p/e should be even lower.

See page 19 and 20 of their recent 10-K.

News on the first quarter earnings of fiscal year 2009 should be out soon. IMO they will be good. Of course, I am prejudiced, but ESA has been executing in every way except the stock price. Given the state of the economy, energy prices and the stock market, the low stock price is perhaps understandable. It doesn't help that this little gem is under everyone's radar (except mine <g>).
