China Coal Group yields over 100 million tonnes coal in 2008 steelguru.com China National Coal Group Corp announced on January 14th that they had totally yielded 100.37 million tonnes of raw coal in 2008 up by 10.9% YoY. According to the announcement, China Coal has churned out 92.39 million tonnes of coal last year up by 11% YoY and output of coke rises 8.8% YoY to 3.67 million tonnes. In the same period, it has also earned CNY 5 billion from mining equipment producing, increasing 39.6%YoY. In 2008, the quantity of coal transaction edges up 3% to 87.75 million tonnes with 72.07 million tonnes for domestic trade that has moved up 12.5% YoY and 15.66 million tonnes for foreign trade.
