Read the Frum piece from National Review I just posted. The qeustion to Palin was predictable and completely innocuous. Anybody could have answered it. You and I could have answered it without stammering and stuttering.

While I suppose I could find a link somewhere, I suspect in the thousands of interviews Obama did he was asked what newspapers he read.

Look at the video. This is a simple, straighforward, not-snarky question by Couric. Couldn't have been softer...No mention of Alaska by Couric. Palin is the one who somehow took offense at being asked what specifically she read....

And this same attitude shows now in the Ziegler interview.
