Obviously not as Judaism survived 2000 years without any Jewish land.


Ok, well this is the statement that prompted the question, I guess this statement is false.

"the Jewish Torah promises the children of Israel a modest and reasonable allotment of land."

In the days of the first temple they started copying their neighbors, intermarrying, and generally dissolving as a people. Losing the land cemented their identity.

Funny how an idea is so much more powerful than actual fact.

Obviously not as Judaism survived 2000 years without any Jewish land.
