tejek, it was phony. there was no productivity miracle, rather, there was a bubble market based on unrealistic expectations

Skeeter, what I know is that there were a ton of companies...like AMZN, MSFT, CIEN, AAPL, RIMM etc.....that were either very small or didn't exist at the beginning of the 1990s that employed millions by the end of the '90s. Now people are rewriting history as they are wont to do but I lived the '90s and know the truth.
