Rich's ex-wife donated $1 Million to the Dems, $70,000 to Hillary's Senate campaign, $450,000 to the Clinton Library fund. Clinton completed ignored procedure in pardoning Rich, bypassing DOJ and the US Attorneys involved. In doing so, Clinton violated a precedent set by John Adams in 1799 and never since violated under which a pardon is not granted without first having a trial. So, I guess you can draw your own conclusions. It isn't complicated. And couldn't be more clear. And we shouldn't forget the other payments for pardons, under which Hillary's brother received a payment of $400K for a pardon. Of course, Hillary was "shocked" (LOL). Clinton violated 200 years of established precedent, violated the ENTIRE PARDON PROCESS procedure, designed to insure that only worthy applicants receive pardons, and claimed Rich to be "deserving" in the absence of any rationale, whatsoever, makes it clear and self-evident that Clinton had some outside motivation for having done so. That Eric Holder now admits it was a "mistake" without any explanation whatsoever, strongly suggests the fix was in. Combine that with funds changing hands and the consistency of the pattern with other Clinton pardons for money (the Rodham dope dealer pardon for $400,000, for example), no jury in the land would look past it. There is at least as much evidence that Clinton sold these pardons as there is OJ killed Nicole. The bad news is that the pardon power is absolute so the perpetrator of what SHOULD be a crime was never brought to justice. BTW, you attacked Bush a priori for pardons you believe he'll make in the last few days. I hope you'll come back here and admit you were wrong and publicly apologize for your attack if they don't happen.
