I don't know who is behind Jackson-Lees efforts----certainly in my opinion she is not representing mainstream America. When people want to control others thoughts and words and enact laws to control them it is dangerous for our democracy and nation. Never in my life did I ever envision we would see Americans being threatened for expressing their opinions whether as a part of their religion or non-religion. That's why America entered WWII to stop the thought control of Hitler and the extreme measures that he then took to enact "his" vision. Appears that Jackson-Lee has a vision that is anathema to the American culture we all came here seeking----freedom from repression. Notice the call for expansion of government, a "non-profit" agency to do what she wants. mj
