It details some of the pranks and vandalism that occurred in past transitions, yet he maintains that they never happened. Now that I have pointed out a couple of paragraphs, I expect him to go into spin cycle and claim that it doesn't really say what it actually says or that the people saying it are Democrats or something... I had accepted what he said about Adams, but I am suspicious that what actually happened is different than what he claims.
