That sukks, in our league you could full court press in the last 2 minutes to stop that stuff

In our league the refs will allow you 10 seconds to get the ball over the no-defend line at the end of the game in grades where pressing is not allowed. One minute is absurd.

Anyhow, that's your league's rule and thus I blame you, the coach. Because what Rob and longnshort and I would have done is have our kid run up on the dribbler and foul him. Send him to the line! Get the ball back and call time, then roll it the length of the floor to avoid the clock starting again right away.
