Copper is a lot more compact and easier to store than oil, which may be enough to explain the flat futures strip? ... if it was easier and cheaper to store oil, its curve would be quite shallow too

Deja vu all over again, talking about copper - remember you and tyc and Stephen O and i seven years ago, you had Ivanhoe, tyc had Inmet, Stephen had First Quantum and i had the laggard Aur ... Stephen got the best gains fastest, if memory serves, but they all did very very well

Two years for recovery? ... maybe .. and maybe not, could be much sooner, and markets tend to anticipate, as much as they react ... we shall see, i'll be keeping some BMs and energy stuff all the way through, not so much at the moment but prepared to add ... watching Suncor more now, might try again some quick turn-arounds within its trend channels, easier now with lower commissions

Richmont bid 2.40 now, damn i never got much
