"Find me one case of an IRS agent that is confused"

I don't have to... the IRS itself (as well as various outside agencies) has already widely reported their findings that about one half of all tax advice given out by IRS agents (when folks call in for tax advice) turns out to be incorrect.

Obviously the IRS itself has difficulties with our byzantine mess of a tax code.
