One of the characteristics of DARians is that we have a strongly developed sense of the absurd. Life has always felt rather unpredictable to us. I would say a second characteristic is that we acknowledge this with a great deal of humor and acceptance instead of garment-rending angst, and probably at times to the point of being offensive to the more "serious" thinker, although finding life absurd and laughing at it strikes me quite as respectful and profound as finding it worthy of suicide. And you live longer. You laugh a lot; this is a good thing.
