The Republican party is finished for the time being. As they wanted to split the country and divide us, so they are now divided. My friend who works with Mitt Romney is totally disgusted with the idiotic, racist, meatbrained Sarah Palin followers. Texas Republicans are stunned and will not recapture their arrogant pride and power for decades to come, if ever again. ALmost nobody wants more useless wars which the GOP has used to hold onto power. All they do is bankrupt us. Many formerly red states have changed so much they will never go back to being red. Plus, the Bush GOP has almost totally alienated Hispanics, the young generation, immigrant voters, most women, anyone college educated, moderate Rockefellar Republicans, Libertarians (Repubs who like to get stoned and laid) and even most in our military. The evangelical rightwing churches are also shattered as a political force. It's easy to see that Obama is much more Christlike and righteous than any leaderon the right. Especially the young evangelicals ar really responding to that.
