It isn't the man I abhor, but the disgusting adulation. No man should be idolized like this. That's the way I feel too. I could even admire some of the things he says, but I'm not about to join the thundering herd. I saw a documentary on the Valkyrie plot. The real deal guy looks a LOT like Tom Cruise. I don't like Tom Cruise, but I might go see the movie anyway for historical purposes.

The whole media O PUSH is beyond anything I've seen before, or remember....Even Bill Clinton, and certainly not GWB got this much media attention....and certainly not for every minute of the 4 days in front of the actual swearing in. In a way, it really makes me mad. I will watch tomorrow's events (7-10 here) but that's all... If the media keeps this up, it will actually harm Obama because the average person will have such high expectations, that they will feel let down in a big way.
