As for Egyptians cheering after 911, I recall reading it in the media. In particular, I remember recounted conversations with an Egyptian cab driver and well-off young Egyptians at an Egyptian McDonalds.

But Bush is hated by the whole world, not just the ME.... 75% of the US doesn't like him.

Haters always think everyone else shares their hatred.
