No, there isn't 100% consensus and never will be. But there is a lack of consensus, which means that it is disproven, and is relegated to the status of the hypothetical.


I've run the numbers and posted them. The amount of CO2 due to burning of coal alone is a substantial fraction of the total atmospheric CO2 concentration in a given year's time. To claim that cannot have an effect is, well, ignorant at best.
