Then don't say that he has a good env record. He doesn't. Well, I disagree. While the environment wasn't his top priority (and it shouldn't it have been), his record was fine. Bush just didn't view the insane last-minute Clinton moves which were dumped on his as reasonable environmental moves. Had Clinton believed they were he would have done it when he ENTERED office, not as the door hit him on the ass on the way out. He has opposed CAFE standard improvements all the way...today we see the effects of his inaction. Many people believe that CAFE standards are a problem, not a solution.
