Being in So Cal, I'm all for a winter coal industry shutdown. I'd recommend a trip to LV during the shutdown. They get their power from the Hoover Dam. But then again, everyone else on the western grid would then be getting their power from Hoover Dam, so there might be a problem with all the pretty LV lights afterall.

hmm, those riots could get ugly
